Resalys reservations system software can sell and manage reservations based on the rules set out in the sales agreements:

  • Calculating availability levels:
  • By period (for period sales, applicable yield rules)
  • By criteria (kid's club, golfing, skiing…)
  • By price level
  • Automatically handling alternative proposals (by date and location) and identifying areas that cannot be answered
  • Optimising capacity (defining a minimum or maximum number of persons per period and per unit of accommodation)

The Resalys Back Office module is based on the combination of reservation taking and reservation contract application. Its multilingual interface includes support for dynamic PDF format printouts.
